THX1200 active speaker system

Complete 3 way system for skilled DIY designers interested in absolute sound quality.

The THX1200 stereo 3-way active speaker system includes all necessary components to convert any passive speaker setup into an active system. This system's advantage is that it eliminates the need to integrate amplifiers and crossovers within the speaker enclosure. The only required modification is to disconnect the passive crossover and connect the internal speaker inputs to the provided 8-pole SpeakOn connector output. Two 4CH TPA3255 boards to drive midrange and tweeter. In case of dual coil woofer you can drive each coil with separate power output doubling woofer efficiency.

The power max handling capabilities are:

Woofer: 150W/woofer coil
Midrange: 100W
Tweeter: 100W

System is using professional Mean Well medical grade power supply

By default, the system is supplied with a Behringer CX3400 stereo 3-way active crossover and XLR interconnection cables.

Warranty and refund policy

Fully operational prototype. Tested prior shipment. All equipment has been used for 12 month and passed all possible tests. For boards offering 2 Year warranties. Industrial boards will have long life time and can be replaced. Boards are available in retail.
